Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Representative to educate physicians and healthcare leaders on the value of hospice care. You will build trusted relationships and guide referral sources through prognostication and the Medicare hospice benefit, ensuring families facing serious illness receive compassionate, timely information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services preferred
• Experience in competitive team environments with individual accountability
• Strong critical thinking and solution creation examples
• Past military service a plus
• Hospice experience preferred but not required
• Evidence of achieving sales goals in the market or exceeding goals
• Strong customer service, sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a territory and build long-term business partnerships
• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels
