Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Representative to educate physicians and healthcare professionals about the value of hospice care, and to build trusted relationships across your territory.

You’ll guide referral sources through prognostication, the Medicare hospice benefit, and the value proposition of hospice, while collaborating with clinical partners to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services preferred.
• Experience in a competitive team environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals in the market.
• Strong customer service, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a territory and build long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated need-satisfaction selling skills.
