Crystal Hospice is seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive growth in the Chicago area. The role focuses on initiating strategic relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and care facilities, and expanding the hospice footprint through new business development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Hospice/Home Health sales, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of closing deals while maintaining compliant, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of Hospice/Home Health sales experience.
• Proven history of positive sales results through meaningful customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required.
• Compliance with Federal and State practices and standards.
• Local travel is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and develop strategic relationships with professional referral sources and hospitals.
• Work one-on-one with clients to build and enhance relationships to generate new business.
• Conduct research and develop opportunities for new relationships and business development.
• Promote hospice services through education and outreach to the community.
• Coordinate patient referrals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
• Meet patients and families to provide information and support regarding hospice services.
• Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships and grow referral networks.
• Conduct regular visits across the Chicago land area and surrounding regions.
• Collaborate with the Hospice Director to support program growth and community engagement.
