Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent direct experience accepted.
• 2+ years of successful B2B sales or healthcare liaison experience.
• Direct Hospice/Home Health/Senior Living or Palliative Care experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting census goals or sales quotas.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across hospitals, facilities, and communities.
• Educate partners on hospice eligibility, Medicare/Medicaid benefits, and care options.
• Develop territory plans and track progress toward monthly/quarterly targets.
• Coordinate with intake, clinical teams, and leadership to streamline admissions.
