Four Seasons in Henderson, NC is seeking a Support RN to deliver compassionate hospice nursing care, overseeing admissions and patient visits as needed, with 40 hours/week and day shift.

You will work under Clinical Team Leader, must hold NC RN license, and have strong knowledge of regulations, HIPAA, EMR, and collaboration with care teams.

This role emphasizes flexible hours, on-site work in multiple NC counties and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred
• Valid NC RN license
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of license and regulation
• Assess patient health and response to treatment
• Record nursing assessments and plans
• Deliver and evaluate nursing care
• Supervise and mentor other personnel
• Collaborate with health care providers for patient-centered plan
• Provide teaching and counseling on health
