Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Support RN in Macon County, NC to act as an ambassador for our hospice mission, performing 2-4 admissions daily and occasionally patient visits. You will assess patients, plan and evaluate nursing care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent symptom management.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Active NC RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of Four Seasons mission to enable hospice patients to maximize benefits.
• Perform 2-4 admissions daily, depending on shift and patient complexity.
• Possibly conduct patient visits and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments to identify care needs.
• Record and report nursing assessments and patient responses.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop patient-centered plans.
