Job summary

Four Seasons offers comprehensive nursing services and supports hospice admissions and patient visits. The RN position is scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call duties and rotating holidays. Compensation includes extensive benefits and a strong team mission in Henderson and nearby counties.

The role emphasizes clinical assessments, collaboration with physicians, and teaching and supervising other staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

Qualifications

Two years of clinical experience preferred
Valid NC RN license
Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance

Responsibilities

Perform 2–4 admissions daily as needed
Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments
Provide direct nursing care during patient visits
Record nursing assessments and care plans
Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient plans
