Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Hospice, a full-time role with hours 8:30 PM–5:00 PM. You will provide direct nursing care for terminally ill patients who elected Hospice benefits, including assessment, planning, education, and evaluation, while coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team and supporting families.

The position requires a current BLS card, a valid California driver’s license with automobile insurance, and a minimum of one year of professional

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid California Driver's license and automobile insurance
• Minimum one year of experience as a professional nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for hospice patients.
• Coordinate delivery of care with other members of the care team.
• Offer supportive care and education to patients' families and significant others.
