Job summary

PIH Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Hospice, a full-time role with hours 8:30 PM–5:00 PM. You will provide direct nursing care for terminally ill patients who elected Hospice benefits, including assessment, planning, education, and evaluation, while coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team and supporting families.

The position requires a current BLS card, a valid California driver’s license with automobile insurance, and a minimum of one year of professional

Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Hospice, Full-Time, 8:30 PM-5:00 PM

Provides direct nursing care including assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for patients certified as having a terminal illness who have elected the Hospice benefit. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines. The Hospice Registered Nurse also provides supportive care to patient’s families and/or significant others.
