Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Liaison for the Greater Manchester area in New Hampshire. The role focuses on hospital-based referrals and census growth rather than bedside care.

The ideal candidate is an RN with hospital experience, strong relationship-building skills, and clinical knowledge to educate teams about hospice services and transitions of care. This is a full-time, weekday position with regional coverage.

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Hospital bedside nursing experience (med-surg).
• Minimum 1 year healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Ability to build relationships with hospital clinical teams, discharge planners, case managers and physicians.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Make regular, planned calls to secure new referrals and meet goals with physicians, facilities, case managers and discharge planners.
• Educate patients, families and clinical teams about hospice services and transitions of care.
• Support referrals, patient eligibility discussions and the admission/consent process as appropriate.
• Drive hospital referral activity and hospice census growth through service-focused outreach.
