Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Liaison in Greater Manchester, NH. This full-time, Monday–Friday role covers Bedford and Manchester-area facilities and focuses on building hospital referral relationships rather than bedside care.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, solid med-surg experience, at least 1 year in healthcare sales/marketing, and proven ability to collaborate with hospital teams, discharge planners, and physicians. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered RN license.
Hospital bedside nursing experience (med-surg preferred).
Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
Ability to build relationships with hospital clinical teams, discharge planners, case managers and physicians.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources and healthcare professionals.
Make regular, planned calls to secure new referrals and meet census goals with hospitals and facilities.
Educate patients, families and clinical teams about hospice services and transitions of care.
Support referrals, patient eligibility discussions and admission/consent processes.
Drive hospital referral activity and hospice census growth through consistent outreach.
