Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of therapy services to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee scheduling, referrals, admissions, and documentation processes.
• Review patient eligibility and coordinate with intake for referrals and admissions.
• Monitor clinical performance and ensure compliance with care standards.
• Support staff training to ensure quality care and fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in on-call process and resolve patient/family concerns.
