Job summary

Hire Consulting Services seeks a Hospice RN Clinical Liaison covering Bedford and Manchester-area hospitals in Greater Manchester, NH. This full-time, Monday–Friday role focuses on building referral relationships rather than bedside care.

Required: active RN license, med-surg hospital experience, and at least 1 year in healthcare sales or marketing. Driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for travel between facilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Hospital bedside nursing background (med-surg).
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Ability to build relationships with hospital clinical teams, discharge planners, case managers and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Make regular calls to secure new referrals, build census, and meet goals with physicians and hospital staff.
• Educate patients, families and clinical teams about hospice services and transitions of care.
• Support referrals, patient eligibility discussions and the admission/consent process.
• Drive hospital referral activity and hospice census growth through service-focused outreach.
