Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care at home and in the community. You’ll build trusting relationships with patients and families, ensure comfort, and educate caregivers about at-home care and symptom management.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.
