Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager for a part-time schedule (24 hours/week) in Sedona, AZ. You will support patients and families, coordinate care with the team, and promote comfort and dignity in home-based hospice settings.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Arizona, have 2 years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and maintain CPR/BCLS certification and a valid driver’s license. Comprehensive benefits and tuition support are available.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
