Job summary

Compassus in Arizona is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for high acuity visits and weekend admissions. Choose Four 10's or Four 8's weekend shifts, Friday to Monday, and join a supportive care team delivering compassionate, patient‑centered end‑of‑life care in home settings.

Must hold an active AZ RN license, 2+ years RN experience (hospice preferred), CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license
