Qualifications

• 1+ year of RN experience in hospice, home health, ICU, oncology, or geriatrics.
• Comfortable providing care in diverse settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Deliver skilled nursing care based on patient’s Plan of Care.
