Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the state you will work in.
• CPR certification current.
• Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on medical history.
• Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and families ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition with accuracy.
• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with empathy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
