Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state you will work in.
• CPR certification current.
• Strong observational and communication skills—written and verbal.
• Experience with hospice or end-of-life care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a true difference for patients and families, one moment at a time.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on medical history.
• Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and families, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Assess physical, emotional, and spiritual needs regularly along the care journey.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes accurately.
• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with empathy.
• Educate families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
