Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient and family care as part of the IDG with a palliative focus.
• Coordinate Plan of Care and initiate nursing interventions to maximize comfort.
• Educate patients and families about disease, care options, and safety practices.
• Document care per policy and communicate with physicians and IDG members.
• Perform essential nursing duties including admissions, assessments, and discharges.
