HopeWest in Montrose, Colorado, is seeking a Weekend RN to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes, nursing facilities, or assisted living environments. The role focuses on symptom management, education, and helping families set goals of care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 5am–5pm, with a $6,666 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly pay range of $40.02–$45.05.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred.
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment.
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications
