Job summary
PruittHealth Hospice Macon is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes or facilities. You will join a dedicated team delivering evaluations, care planning, and coordinated nursing services to improve comfort and quality of life.
