Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Royal Oak, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice care in patients' homes. A $10,000 first-year success bonus is offered for achieving milestones in the first year.

You will travel to patient homes within the assigned territory, perform comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document thoroughly in EMR. Expect a supportive team, dedicated leadership, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to spend ~20% of day driving to patient locations.

• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
