Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Brownstown seeks a compassionate RN to provide end-of-life hospice care in patients' homes. You will assess needs, manage symptoms, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity and comfort.

You must hold an active RN license in the state, have at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and be able to drive to patient locations. A $10,000 first-year success bonus is offered.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
