AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a registered nurse to join our hospice team providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the New Kensington, PA area. This full-time role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for career growth.

A $10,000 first-year success bonus is included to reward milestone achievements during the first year, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and end-of-life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the journey, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
• Document care thoroughly in EMR and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory and work independently with support when needed.

RN Qualifications
