AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes in the Ross Township area. Earn a $10,000 first-year sign-on bonus upon achieving milestones.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license due to field-based nature of home visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting with an interdisciplinary team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and end-of-life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey; ensure informed, prepared, caring experiences.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and maintain compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but collaborate as part of a broader team.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)for aHospiceposition providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Ross Township, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!

• Work independently, but never alone

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
