Job summary

AHN Healthcare@Home is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position in the Scranton, PA area. The role includes end-of-life care in patients' homes, with a $10,000 first-year bonus potential.

You will conduct assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care in the EMR. Travel is required; you will work with an interdisciplinary team and have field education and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience and hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your workday driving to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes.

• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
