Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes around Middleburg, PA. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized home health and hospice leader.

The RN must have an active license in the state, with at least two years of RN experience; hospice experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required due to travel.

• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

We are hiring aRegistered Nurse (RN)for aHospiceposition providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Middleburg, PA area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishments of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment!

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
