Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes in York Springs, PA. Eligible for a $10,000 first-year success bonus based on milestone achievements.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate hospice care, conducting assessments, managing symptoms, and supporting families through the journey. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory is required; 40 hours/week in an Employee role.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

RN Qualifications
