Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice care in patients' homes in Milford, PA. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and real career growth within a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate end-of-life care, conducting assessments, symptom management, and educating families. You will travel to patient homes across your territory; a $10,000 first-year bonus applies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work.
• Minimum two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to patient locations.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first year success bonus. The high end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium (i.e., after hours, weekends, on-call). *Compensation potential varies by market.
