Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in the Honesdale, PA area is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes. This role offers meaningful patient relationships and autonomy, with a $10,000 first-year success bonus upon milestones.

The RN will perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care in the EMR, traveling within the territory to support patients and their loved ones.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Hospice experience preferred.

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred

• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
