Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes around Middleburg, PA. The role offers a $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment.

The RN will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and maintain compliant EMR documentation while traveling to patient homes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience and hospice experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of workday to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for.
• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but never alone.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required
