Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care for patients in their homes in the Chambersburg, PA area. The role offers a $10,000 first-year success bonus tied to milestones.

You will deliver compassionate hospice care, conduct comprehensive assessments, manage symptoms and pain, educate families, and ensure compliant EMR documentation while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of your day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in home settings.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and end-of-life care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed and cared for.
• Think critically, document accurately in EMR.

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work

The low end of the range includes compensation related to salary and first year success bonus. The high end of the range is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work that is paid at a premium (i.e., after hours, weekends, on-call). *Compensation potential varies by market.
