AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in Florida to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners, driving hospice sales and educating referral sources about services and eligibility.

The role emphasizes timely, quality patient care and collaboration with admissions and marketing. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5 years in home health or hospice sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage a territory independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and community organizations through in-person visits and educational conversations, helping them understand when and how hospice care can best support patients and families.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships, identifying new referral opportunities and increasing awareness of our programs.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop and carry out community outreach plans reflecting the mission of honoring life and offering hope.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care, prioritizing patient comfort, dignity, and family support.
• Participate in training, plan outreach strategies, and uphold confidentiality in all aspects of work.
