Heartland Hospice in Michigan is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to champion referrals, educate providers, and forge lasting partnerships with hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices.

You will drive strategic marketing initiatives, engage clinicians about patient needs, and represent the hospice at community events, supporting timely, patient-centered admissions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.
• Proven track record of meeting admissions targets.
