Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals

Responsibilities

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services to drive right referrals
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices
• Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and hospice options
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth
• Represent Heartland Hospice at community events and in-services to promote services
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families regarding hospice options
