Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, home health pros.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services to drive timely referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities across hospitals, SNFs, clinics, and physician offices.
• Engage in conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and hospice options.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and referral growth.
• Represent Heartland Hospice at community events and professional associations.
