Luminary Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to educate and promote hospice benefits while developing access to eligible patients. The role emphasizes building relationships with facilities, families, and community partners to grow referrals and meet census goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of health care marketing experience, hospice preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn department software systems.
• Demonstrate organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Show analytical problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assists Executive Director/Administrator in annual budgetvolume projections.
• Initiates marketing and promotional campaigns to meet budget projections.
• Conducts market assessments and develops a marketing plan to meet projections.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources.
• Educates facilities, families, and the community on hospice benefits.
• Provides leadership in strategic planning to identify new services.
• Supports care team by gathering referrals and following up on orders.
• Ensures annual education is completed and documented.
• Works toward agency admission/census goals and growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
