Luminary Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to educate communities about hospice benefits and to build referral relationships that expand patient access. You will lead outreach initiatives, develop marketing plans, and partner with healthcare facilities, families, and community groups.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, 2+ years in healthcare marketing, and strong communication and analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (explicit in ad).
• At least two (2) years experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication, analytical problem-solving, and high attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assists Executive Director in establishing annual budget volume projections.
• Initiates marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgeted volumes.
• Develops market assessments and a comprehensive marketing plan to meet projections.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral sources and facilities.
• Educates facilities, families, and the community on hospice benefits.
• Provides leadership in strategic planning to identify opportunities for new or improved services.
