Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budget projections and volume targets.
• Lead marketing initiatives to meet budget projections.
• Conduct market assessments and plan marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Educate facilities, families, and communities on hospice benefits.
• Support care team with referrals and orders.
• Ensure annual education is completed and documented.
• Work toward growth of referrals and census goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
