Job summary

Patriot Healthcare in Florence, SC seeks a Hospice Community Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and engage clients across the service territory. You will lead marketing and sales activities, including events, presentations, and client calls, to drive growth while working independently with a service orientation.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in business or health field and at least two years in hospice or related sales, with established referral networks.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or Health related field required.
• Minimum 2 years hospice or related business sales experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with referral sources in the service area.

Responsibilities

• Stewards PH Healthcare's mission and values in all activities.
• Work to achieve census and revenue objectives.
• Meet referral sales call goals with decision makers daily.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of calls and activities.
• Attend effective networking activities approved by management.
• Get to know potential clients at facilities and events.
• Additional duties as needed.
