Job summary

Patriot Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and engage potential clients within the service territory. You will drive marketing and sales activities, including events and presentations, to accelerate growth while collaborating with the team to meet goals.

The role requires prioritization, independence, and a service-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting personal sales targets and supporting staff and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or Health related field.
• Minimum 2 years hospice or related business sales experience preferred.
• Existing referral-source relationships in the service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with key client referral sources.
• Execute marketing and sales functions including events and presentations.
• Meet defined goals while maintaining service orientation to staff and clients.
• Record and manage sales calls and activities accurately.
• Attend networking activities and engage with potential clients.
