Job summary

Mission Healthcare in Central San Diego is seeking a healthcare sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources. You will educate healthcare professionals on hospice services and eligibility, generate referrals, and annually meet sales goals in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires two+ years in healthcare sales or related fields, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in healthcare sales, business development, or account management (hospice/home health/senior care preferred).
• Must have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
• Generate hospice referrals by educating healthcare professionals on services and eligibility criteria.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; monitor market conditions and competitors.
