BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Account Executive to serve as Marketing Manager for Windham County, VT and Cheshire County, NH, developing and managing relationships with referral sources to promote BAYADA Hospice Services.

The role requires a motivated, results-driven professional who can build lasting partnerships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities and community resources to grow referrals and market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least two years sales experience in health care.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills.
• Ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Responsibilities

• Generating referrals for hospice by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities and other community resources.
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Conduct sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
• Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
