Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, in partnership with VCU Health Hospice at Home, seeks an experienced Account Executive to join the team as a Marketing Manager for the Richmond, VA area. Develops and manages relationships with referral sources to promote BAYADA Senior Living Solutions and is a driver of growth in the community.

The role requires strong networking, market analysis, and a proven sales/marketing track record in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in home health care/hospice.
• Formal sales training.
• Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Responsibilities

• Generating referrals for hospice services by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
• Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
• Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.
• Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.

BAYADA Senior Living Solutions partners with senior living communities to deliver a customized continuum of wellness, clinical, and supportive care services through one coordinated team—helping residents thrive, strengthening community outcomes, and supporting safer aging in place.

Territory:

Richmond, VA and surrounding counties

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $88,000 / year depending on qualifications
