Job summary

Serenity Hospice seeks a motivated Hospice Marketing Liaison to strengthen referral partnerships across Northeast and South Philadelphia. You will connect physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other healthcare providers to educate them about hospice services and grow patient referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, or healthcare business development preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable results.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned Philadelphia regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Referral Partnerships: establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, rehab centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Drive Territory Growth: identify new business opportunities, expand referral networks, and implement outreach strategies to increase hospice referrals.
• Educate Healthcare Professionals: communicate benefits, services, and eligibility criteria of hospice care to referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Build Community Visibility: represent Serenity Hospice at networking events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate Across Teams: partner with clinical, admissions, and leadership teams to facilitate timely, coordinated patient transitions.
• Manage Referral Development Activities: maintain records of outreach, referral activity, relationship development, and business development initiatives.
• Represent the Serenity Mission: build lasting relationships with professionalism and compassionate patient care.

The Opportunity

As a Hospice Marketing Liaison, you will play an essential role in expanding Serenity Hospice’s presence throughout Northeast and South Philadelphia. You will develop strategic referral relationships, educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, and serve as a trusted resource for community partners navigating patient care needs.

Your ability to build credibility, identify opportunities, and foster lasting professional relationships will directly contribute to organizational growth and help more patients access the care and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Referral Partnerships: Establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare providers.
• Drive Territory Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand referral networks, and implement effective outreach strategies to increase hospice referrals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, hospice, home health, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and territory management abilities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned Philadelphia regions.
