Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, or home health pros.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services to drive timely referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics.
• Engage in meaningful conversations about patient needs and hospice care options.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and referrals.
• Represent Gentiva at community events and professional associations.
