Gentiva Hospice seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to drive strategic referral partnerships and expand our local footprint in Gainesville, GA. You will educate hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs and clinics about hospice services and patient benefits, building lasting relationships with physicians and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs or home health professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Support the Gainesville, GA and surrounding territories.
• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services for appropriate referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, assisted living, clinics and physician offices.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare professionals about patient needs and hospice benefits.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive referral growth.
• Represent Gentiva at community events and professional associations.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and families, ensuring understanding of hospice options.
