Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant in New Jersey to drive referral growth by educating and engaging hospitals, home health agencies, clinics, and physician offices. You will build strong relationships with referral sources and provide strategic insights on patient needs and hospice options.

Your success hinges on consultative marketing experience, a deep healthcare network, and the ability to work independently with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or communications.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, or home health professionals.
• Hospice, palliative care, or home health experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare partners about hospice services and referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities across hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics.
• Engage healthcare professionals in conversations about patient needs and hospice options.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to boost referral growth.
• Represent Gentiva at community events and professional associations.
