You will educate healthcare partners on hospice options and collaborate with hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics to drive timely referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, or home health professionals.
• Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate, inform, and inspire confidence in our services for right referrals.
• Identify new referral opportunities with hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics.
• Engage in conversations about patient needs and hospice support.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness and referrals.
• Represent Gentiva at community events and professional gatherings.
• Serve as a resource for patients and families about hospice options.
